I highly recommend organic apple juice by R.W. Knudsen. This 100 % organic juice is made from whole, organic apples and is unsweetened. “Since 1961, when R.W. Knudsen started bottling fruit juices from his grape vineyard, he did so on one condition. He insisted his blended juices be exclusively fruit juice sweetened and never have artificial flavors added to them.” Lets look at nutrition facts per serving: 120 calories, 0 fat, 25 mg of sodium, 180 mg of potassium, 30 g of total carbohydrate, 30 g of sugars and less than 1g of protein. Very nice! It has a delicious taste, very smooth and I’d say very unforgettably rich. You know what they say. If you can’t eat an apple a day to keep a doctor away - just drink it!
