Blessings from the Wind By Fran Hafey/Mysti

I received a blessing from the wind today. She called to me from
my window beckoning to me to come out and spend some time with
her. I love the feelings I have when she touches my face and
plays with my hair.

Ive been sick recently and spent more time in the house than I
like. I needed to rest and was also doing a lot of inner
cleansing. Many changes are upon me. I missed going outside, but
the temperatures soared as well as the humidity on the long
August days.

Today I woke hearing and feeling the wind in my window and I knew
I had to go out and enjoy her energy and enjoy Father Sun too.
The temperatures and humidity had faded for a while, thank
heavens. I could hear her softly touching my wind chimes playing
beautiful music for me and teasing me to come outside.

I urge you to always get outside and feel the love of nature and
the elements, especially when youve been ill or run down, or in
need of feeling a Miracle in your life. Theres so much power and
wonderful energy all around us. You can feel and see it dancing
throughout the trees and in the soil, filled with so much wonder
and life.

Dont let time pass by without getting outside to touch a tree or
sing a song with the wind. Taking a walk down a path that will
remind you of all you are blessed with in your life. So often we
hear let go and some wonder just how they can do this this is
one way by sitting outside on the grass or under a tree,
anywhere is fine even if your in the city or the country, find a
spot that feels good to you, close your eyes and let the clouds
and the wind carry away your doubt and fears, your worries and
concerns, even if its just for a few moments right now. Thats
how we live in the moment not letting our past or our future
interfere with what we know right now, this very moment in time,
that is all there is here and now.

I received a blessing from the wind today she called my name and
whisked across my bed as I lie sleeping dreaming of far away
things. She reminded me to come out and spend some time with her
today and to let go of all the negative thoughts I may have or
anything that may be within me that I no longer need. She told me
to close my eyes and receive her blessing as I thank
Spirit/Creator that I can breathe and feel that wonderful fresh
air in my lungs. I accepted her healing and thanked her for these
blessings.

I know I just have to go within my heart and remember the
feelings Ive had today, even when for some reason I cant get
outside to feel the sun on my face or the wind in my hair or see
the trees swaying and hear the birds singing. I have all of this
forever in my heart, but for today I needed to feel it more and
to know that it never went anywhere while I was sick, it still
resides within me, right in my heart. I know I can always trust
in and call upon what I need from within me, but for today I
received very special blessings from the wind.
