' Zen is a practice that helps every human-being to penetrate to his true self through cross-legged sitting (Zazen), and to vitalize this self in daily life'. This is a site about the Soto Approach to Zen. It is mainly about the founder of Soto-Zen, Dogen Zenji, and Shobogenzo his masterwork. Prof. Masunaga Reiho was a Zen teacher in a direct lineage of Dogen, and a Judo gentleman. The site is based mainly on his translations of Shobogenzo (Meaning the eye and the treasury of the true law) and other Zen works, from Japanese to English.. Any thoughts?
